Jump to next month's openings
When a month has no openings left, the booking page now offers one button that takes you to the next month with availability.
Guided tours for short links
Three short walkthroughs show how to give a booking type its own short link, add your business name as a link, and share a group of booking types with one link.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to booking pages and payments.
Push to Todoist from a booking type's Options
Push to Todoist now sits on a booking type's Options tab, and you can turn it on while creating a new booking type. Every booking of that type becomes a task in the Todoist project you pick, due when the meeting starts.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to how CalendarPA emails look in dark mode.
Import from Acuity Scheduling
Moving from Acuity? Connect your account to bring over your appointment types, intake questions, clients and packages. Upcoming appointments are listed for reference and never booked automatically.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to your public profile, contacts and session packages.
Apple Calendar shows the right times
Apple Calendar events now show at the time they mean, in every timezone. Some hosts saw them 4 to 5 hours early. Apple calendars also refresh on a schedule now.
Your booking link and short link, together
In the booking type editor, your booking link and short link now sit together under Links, each showing its full address with a Copy button. On Pro and Business you can set the short link while creating a booking type, and the setup tour shows you where.
Name your calendar connections
In Settings > Calendars, click the pencil next to a connected account to give it a name you recognise, such as the address you sign in with. The name shows wherever CalendarPA lists that account, with its real address beside it.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to sign-in, to calendar connection labels, which now show the Google or Microsoft account you connected, to the booking type editor, and to how your business link appears in search.
Edit a booking's guests
Add or remove guests from a booking's page. With a Google calendar or a Microsoft personal (Outlook.com) calendar, the invitation or cancellation comes from your own calendar. Otherwise, CalendarPA emails the guest.
See what changes before you downgrade
A new “Manage plan or cancel” link in Settings shows what stops working on a lower plan before it opens billing. What you use is listed first, along with anything you're already over the limit on.
A business name for your booking page
On the Business plan, give your business its own name and booking link beside your username. People who book through that link see “Book with” and your business name. Swap which one is your main link at any time.
A short link for every booking type
On Pro and Business, give a booking type a short, memorable link like calendarpa.com/you/discovery that opens its booking page. Set it under the booking link in the editor.
Shareable booking type sections
On Pro and Business, give a section of your booking types its own link. Hide a section from your profile, or copy its link and embed it on your site.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to calendar events for approved bookings, Microsoft and Apple Calendar connections, including a clearer message when an Apple account disconnects, plan limits, group bookings, username changes, language settings, agency Insights and tours.
Invitees choose how to meet
Booking types can offer several ways to meet, such as a video call, a phone call or meeting in person, and invitees choose one when they book. Offering more than one is Pro and up; meeting at the invitee's address is on every plan.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to deleting booking types and to referral links.
Business Teams
Business plans can now create a team of up to 10 people, including you. Invite members by email, give them roles, and host team booking types together.
Round robin
Agencies and Business Teams can share one-on-one bookings across their members. Each booking goes to an available member, and a reschedule stays with the same person.
Team bundles
Team owners and admins can buy a bundle for their team, and members use it when they book.
Affiliate payouts
Affiliates can add PayPal or Wise payout details in the app and see the status of each payout.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to Zoom connections, billing, recurring series refunds and AdaPA.
Zoom passcodes
The Zoom passcode now appears next to every Zoom link, in emails, calendar events and booking pages, so invitees are never stuck at a passcode prompt.
Workflows
Workflow emails can now include file attachments.
Contacts (Pro and up)
Export your contacts to a CSV file from the Contacts page.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to nonprofit pricing and AdaPA.
Nonprofit pricing
Nonprofits can apply for discounted agency pricing on a dedicated page.
AdaPA
AdaPA's confirmations show both time zones, and she hands you to a person when you ask for one.
GoHighLevel and LeadConnector (beta, Business and up)
Connect GoHighLevel or LeadConnector to add the people who book you as contacts, with each booking kept as an appointment in the calendar you choose.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to recurring series, calendar time zones and file uploads.
Group waitlists
Joining a waitlist for a paid group session is free; you pay only when a seat opens for you.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to paid bookings, Zoom, co-hosted booking types, Microsoft calendars and AdaPA.
Spanish and French
CalendarPA is now available in Spanish and French: the app, booking pages, payments, and our website.
Emails in your invitee's language
Confirmations, reminders and other invitee emails arrive in the invitee's own language.
Faster calendar sync
Changes in your Google or Microsoft calendar now show up in CalendarPA in about a minute.
HubSpot (Business and up)
Connect HubSpot to add the people who book you as contacts, with each booking kept up to date as a meeting on their record.
Todoist (Pro and up)
Connect Todoist and each booking becomes a task, due when the meeting starts.
Bug fixes and improvements
Improvements to Microsoft Teams meetings.
